The trend in architecture and product design has been tending towards matte and dull surfaces for several years.
We are responding to this trend with the development of the CLASSIC surface.
Thanks to the brush-rolling, the surface achieves a special light diffusion that leads to an exquisite mattness. This makes the degree of reflection very low.

Specific information on the manufacturing of ROOFINOX CLASSIC

The exquisite mattness is achieved by cold brush rolling of the HFX stainless. This is not to be confused with brushed stainless steel. Brushed stainless steel would not be well suited for outdoor use due to its roughened surface.

The Classic structure, on the other hand, is rolled in, which makes it much more corrosion-resistant.
The result is an 88% lower gloss level than standard stainless steel.

At the same time, the mechanical properties of the building envelope have been optimized, which makes CLASSIC the preferred material for craftsmen.
