OPTRON (mirror-rolled and plasma-coloured)

ROOFINOX OPTRON is produced using the plasma-colouring process.

Here, a target layer is formed by ion bombardment of titanium and nitrogen and subsequent transfer into the gas phase under vacuum. This creates a very hard and resistant surface. The colouring of the entire surface is more even than with electro-colouring. ROOFINOX OPTRON is food-safe, 100% UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant and colour-fast. All the advantages of our HFX stainless are retained. So you can enjoy your roof, your facade or your cladding made of ROOFINOX OPTRON in the long term.

In addition to ROOFINOX OPTRON, we have two other plasma-coloured designs on offer. ROOFINOX IONIC (bead-blasted and plasma-coloured) and ROOFINOX PLASMA (brush-rolled and plasma-coloured).

The plasma-colouring is done on one side, including a laserable protective film. After plasma colouring, the metal sheets can be lasered, edged, bent and 3D deformed without the coating breaking or tearing. The special thing is that the mirror effect of ROOFINOX CHROMA is retained and the surface is 100% natural.

Many years of experience and various test methods prove the color and UV resistance (DIN EN ISO 4892-2: 2013) and corrosion resistance (DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS). The food safety has also been tested and confirmed.
